These terms cover use of this website. They are not the commercial agreement for the Culin platform. Pricing, implementation, service levels, data processing, support, contract length, renewal, and cancellation are defined in a written proposal and agreement before service starts.
Using this website
You may use the site to learn about Culin and submit genuine business enquiries. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, submit unlawful content, or misuse forms and product materials.
Product information
Pages describe Culin products and features. Exact availability can vary by plan, market, integration, app-store process, and agreed rollout. Your written proposal confirms what is included for your business.
Pricing and the 0% claim
“0% commission” means Culin marketplace commission on direct orders. It does not mean every third-party service is free. Payment gateways, app stores, SMS, maps, and other providers may charge separately. Applicable Culin and third-party costs are itemised in the proposal.
Intellectual property
The Culin name, site design, product interfaces, copy, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or commercially reuse them without permission.
No service commitment from the website
A form submission, demo, or website statement does not create a customer contract, guarantee availability, or reserve a launch date. Commitments exist only when agreed in writing by the relevant parties.
Liability
The website is provided for general product information. To the extent permitted by law, Culin is not responsible for decisions made solely from website content or for interruptions outside reasonable control. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
